Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. Roof-Scout.Com is purely pay-per-lead. You buy credits when you need them and use them at your own pace. There is no recurring charge, no minimum spend, and no lock-in period.
How does the "buy 5 get 1 free" bonus work?
Every time you purchase 5 or more leads, you receive 1 free credit for every 5 paid. Buy 5 → get 6 credits. Buy 10 → get 12. Buy 20 → get 24. The bonus credits are added to your portal balance immediately after checkout.
Do credits expire?
Credits do not expire. Once purchased, they sit in your portal balance until you claim a lead. There is no time pressure to use them.
What happens after I buy credits?
Credits appear in your contractor portal under "Claim Leads." Browse the lead marketplace, filter by state and score, and spend one credit to reveal the full contact details for any lead you want.
Are leads exclusive?
Yes. Each lead can only be claimed by one contractor — first claim wins. Once you spend a credit to reveal a lead's full contact details, that lead is locked to your account and removed from the marketplace. No other contractor can purchase the same lead.
